Placing an order:
We custom make everything with your choice of fabric and finish. All orders take approximately 4 weeks. You can place your order on line, or by calling 585 544-2779, or fax us at 585 544-5029. When placing your order we would need the following information:
Name, full shipping address phone number.
The items you are ordering must have name of collection, quantity of each piece, wood finish, and fabric choices.
Wood Finishes:
Natural, Pecan and painted white and Forest Green.
Fabric Samples:
Swatches can be mailed upon request in the color tones you prefer. Click here to view Ridge Rattan's Fabric Styles.
We also accept customer's own material. Fabric must be 54" wide. We would need approximately 1.5 yards of fabric per cushion.
Deposits:
We require a 50% deposit on all orders. Ridge Rattan accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and certified checks.
Final Payments
Final payment of your order including shipping charges is due when your order is ready and before we ship your order.
Shipping:
We can ship anywhere in the US. Just tell us what style and how many items your interested in and we would be able to give you a cost on freight charges. We would also need full address and zip code. Please note, shipping charges are to the door. There are additional charges to unpack boxed and in the home delivery.
Someone must be home to accept delivery. If a second attempt is made and no one is home to accept delivery, there will be a $25 fee added to the shipping charges.
When your order is received, it is very important to inspect all boxed for damage. It is also important to unpack and inspect each piece before signing that the order has been received in good condition. If merchandise is damaged, do not accept it and have the shipper take it back. Claims to us must be made within 3 business days. Failure to do so will not be our responsibility.
Nature of Wicker and Rattan:
Rattan and wicker is a natural product, some irregularities are to be expected and should not be construed as damaged merchandise. Due to the nature of our product, dimensions are approximate and may vary from item to item. We are not responsible for fabric dye lots.
